C#/.NET Senior Software Engineer
Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid - minimum 3 days/week on-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000

Overview
Seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help design, build, and support backend systems and APIs that power both internal tools and customer-facing applications. This role focuses heavily on backend engineering in C#, system reliability, and technical collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using C#.
• Build RESTful interfaces following OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding speed and quality.
• Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement and support integrations with internal platforms and outside vendors.
• Contribute to architectural improvements and modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in backend development with C#.
• Track record of building scalable, maintainable software systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
